In a global scenario of a rise of extremist rightwing politics and facing a record number of LGBTQIA+ candidates in the 2020 elections, several of these candidates and politicians in Brazil report their experiences and violence in the affirmation and struggle for rights, within the scope of the country’s institutional politics.
